I want to thank the great folks at Eleven11 for helping make our wedding reception a night that will be remembered forever. We hosted our wedding at Amnesia, at the top floor of Motor City Casino, and we spared no expense to amplify every possible detail. It was important to create a memorable presentation for our guests. This included having multiple grammy award winning musical artists perform live in person as a surprise to the bride and to all the guests.In choosing our table creation, we initially contracted with another company to supply rose-gold silverware, champagne-colored satin linens, burgundy silk napkins, square glasses for champagne, water, and wine, and large glass flowering charger plates. We decided on a chair with this other company that was chocolate colored with a burgundy silk chair cover. We were never 100% sold on the chair, but were ready to finalize the order because it was the best we could find. About 2 weeks before our event, my fiancé discovered Eleven11 Event Studio through social media, and found event pictures showing a chair that seemed was made for our event. I contacted Eleven11 Event Studio over the phone and was greeted with a friendly voice that allowed us to come in the same evening to view the chair in person. The chair was gold, rounded back, and had an ivory seat cushion and ivory back, both padded. We could have chosen other colored seat and back cushions, but we needed the Ivory. We raced up that evening to view the chair and it was everything we dreamed of. Our fear, however, was it was too close to the event (2 weeks away) and the chair (we needed 98 of them) would be spoken for. To our surprise, 98 chairs were available AND Eleven11 could deliver the chairs to Detroit the morning of the event (they arrived a half hour early!) and pick them up afterward (12:30 am the same night! - again arriving PROMPTLY). No other company could have offered this TWO WEEKS out from our event. Any other company would have 1.) Not had the number of chairs we needed in stock two weeks out 2.) not had the desired colored back and seat cushions in stock two weeks out 3.) not had available help to deliver the same day and pick up the same night because all deliveries would have been already booked and 4.) not been as prompt in the delivery and pick up of the chairs. We couldn't have asked for better service, and it was all done by Teresa and her smile.This is one of the best event companies I have every dealt with (and I have hosted my fair share of large events). They are a family run company and they take customer service seriously. My only regret is they could not stay to watch the musical acts that night, but I will have to get with them to show them the video recordings when I am out in Farmington Hills again. Our event could not have had the impact it had without these stellar folks. I will choose them first when planning our next event. Please, please give them your business.Jason
